My doctor told me my insurance would cover this minor yearly visit. 6 months later I get a bill from these guys. My insurance says they coded it wrong. I call them back and the refuse to look at it or work with me in any way. All they offered was excuses and jargon because they didn't want to go through the effort of working w/the insurance again.

Very unsupportive of our disabled veterans. I would give zero stars if I had the option.

I have tried to pay a bill multiple times and every time no one is ever in from the billing department I haven't received my statement in 2 months. It's extremely unprofessional. I didn't receive any for of receipt when I did manage to make a payment.

I would not recommend unless you don't mind miscommunication and false information right from the get go! After driving 30 minutes to the facility they tell us that our appt was rescheduled through a voice-mail, not confirmed by us and that we now will be charged a cancellation fee. They also state that we are seeing someone at an alb location and our doctor who referred us should have given us all of petroglyph information!
