We are very disappointed with Petrocelli's Service. They replaced the trunk and branches of our AC system last year when we found mold. 1 year later the mold is back, due to a poor installation job, which they admitted. We have tried to schedule and re-schedule as they promised to make it right, but today after a second re-schedule and total re-arrangement of our schedule they failed to show up. We hope they make it right soon, before we have to escalate.
I would recommend Petrocelli services to anyone!! They have helped several of our family with AC issues. They are honest, attentive and of reasonable cost. Don't look any further for someone to assist if u need AC Services!!!
Poor response times, trying to speak with management is like trying to speak with the United states president. The tech did not seem like he knew anything! and to top it off once I paid over 500 for repairs, I have found myself yet again without AC, definitely not calling this company again, as the problem is recurring not even two weeks later. To be honest they do not even deserve the one star!
I'm ready for summer, are you? Thanks to Petrocelli Services I have an AC system that will keep me cool this summer! Joe, you are the best!
