I have been a long time customer. When I have had issues with my heating system, I was able to speak to a rep on the phone pretty quickly. It would be a few hours for a technician to come out. On February 2, I received an email that I had an upcoming delivery. On February 8, I ran out of oil. I called the service line at 8:30 pm. I waited on hold for 2 hours. Keasbey NJ at 1140am truck 1114 cuts me off to get to his exit, does not stop at RR tracks. At red light gets into left lane, then cuts me off again to get into right lane and again does not stop at RR tracks. Who drives a hazmat truck like that. This coming from a CDL instructor. This review is for steam system expert Joe! (Tech #ED063) He is the fifth Petro technician to come to my home to fix the same issue with my steam air vents spewing water on my one pipe steam system (2013 natural gas fired, steam boiler, 1930 steam pipes and convectors, 2022 condensate pipes). Joe (and 4th tech Larry) determined that the pressure was set too high.
