These companies should be investigated for potential RICO violations related to price gouging and monopolistic behavior. They operate a separate company, Millrose, to which they refer their own business. Millrose then deliberately marks up invoices, knowing the client has tank insurance that provides a $2,500 credit. Major disappointment!!! We can no longer trust this company for their services or delivery they got too big and have lowered their standards completely- stay away.

Hopefully people read and take notice. Petro is convenient, but that is it. They are way higher in propane and oil prices, service contracts and the like. They nickel and dime for everything. Watch out for hidden fees and what someone says on the phone may not equate to the contract or terms. I had them for a solid 12 months and gave them so many chances to 'care' for the customer. They could care less. Much nicer, family owned businesses around.
