Stopped at this Petro-Canada recently and the service was honestly very disappointing. One employee, Gurleen, spent most of the time on her phone or sitting in the kiosk while multiple cars were waiting. She seemed completely uninterested in helping customers and had a very rude, dismissive attitude the entire time. Customer service felt like an inconvenience to her rather than part of the job. A more professional and respectful approach would make a huge difference.
Absolutely unacceptable service. On May 4 around 6:30 PM, I clearly requested $40 of regular fuel. The attendant was on a Bluetooth phone call and not paying attention. Instead of stopping at $40, she continued filling until it reached $64.26, and I had to stop her myself. When I pointed out the mistake, she was rude and dismissive and insisted I had asked for a full tank, which is not true. This is extremely unprofessional for a full-service gas station.
