Bad customer service
Car wash broke my mirror
I wish I could give a zero star review but Google does not allow that. After the car wash ripped a piece off my mirror, I went to tell the worker at the desk. She went and got the piece for me and gave me the option to make a claim. She was very nice and helpful through the whole process. What angered me was the call I got afterward from who I assume is the manager. She called with a rude tone and tried to explain that a curtain damaged my mirror instead of the car wash.
