Used to be my fav gas station in KW...lately service and car wash has dropped off. I went through the car wash and my car was still covered in soap went it got to the dryers. It also seems like anytime I go in and ask if I have enough points for a free car wash-they say my card has an error(maybe to not get it free?) my car seems to work perfectly at all the other Petros I go to due to using a petro fleet card!
The card payment machine is located inside, but the board instructs to pay at the store or pump for the wash, which is confusing. Additionally, the vehicle was not automatically pulled onto the platform when placed in neutral—I had to keep it in drive mode to complete the wash within the allotted time. Also, the auto roller only activates near the air blowers, not throughout the wash process. Washing is not that great. Store still makes money from something thats not working as it supposed to be…
Pre-pay silliness.
I had a very unpleasant experience with the lady working the closing shift on June 21st. She was extremely rude, yelling at me and insisting that she needed to close the shop. Her behavior was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. As a regular customer, I’ve always trusted this establishment, but this incident has made me reconsider returning. I sincerely hope the management addresses this issue and ensures proper customer service training for their staff. Time: 10:36 PM.
Clean area.. they have car wash also..
