The worst wash I ever had.
The staff at this Petro-Canada SuperWash are wonderful, but the car wash itself needs urgent maintenance. The blower doesn’t dry properly, and the brushes have left numerous small scratches on my car, which is truly disappointing for someone who takes great care of their vehicle. With many in Kitchener South now opting for other locations like 795 Ottawa St S, it’s clear this issue is driving customers away. Worst branch of petro canada , their garbages are always overflowing , vaccum pumps never work with no out of order sign and when I asked the cashier (Aman) for another coupon for the vaccum cause I wasted one , was extremely rude and said no i can’t give you . Trust me there are million times better branches of petro canada I’ve visited! There employees are always on call with airpods in ear.

Worst Customer Service Experience I had a terrible experience with this Petro-Canada . The garbage bins are almost always overflowing, and there’s never any paper towel available, which is incredibly inconvenient. Their car wash is the worst I’ve ever encountered—it never cleans properly or dries the car at all. This is, without a doubt, the worst branch in all respects. It’s clear they don’t understand what good customer service means. Save yourself the frustration and stay away from this location.
