Petro-Canada just lost a loyal customer of many years. I bought a 6-month car wash pass, got one warning for the app being on multiple devices (a simple household mistake), and despite trying to fix it, they permanently suspended my pass. No refund, no second chance, no appreciation for my loyalty. Their customer service is cold, rigid, and completely out of touch with what real service means.

Just went for gas. It was price $1.29/L when the cashier cashed me out. As soon as I finished, price was suddenly changed to $1.27/L. Went to the cashier, was just told, he just got notification to change the price. After 3 minutes it suddenly changed to $1.24.
Worst experience. Both vacuum is not working, what a strange!!!, our money is gone. If it is not in a working condition, let us know. Plzz. Please put some information!!,
Just used the car wash from this gas station, and got marks on passenger side piller, beware before using this car station
