Never check your lottery tickets at this location. The scanner is hidden from the customer behind the merchandise and other obstructing objects. Who knows what buttons they are pushing to specify the lottery type, and who knows what ticket they scan? It can be an old ticket from under the counter. The checking system is not transparent.
Today we went to get oil, and I suddenly had a sharp stomachache, so I went into the convenience store to ask if I could use the washroom. At that time, an Indian guy was making coffee, so I asked another lighter-skinned guy if I could use the washroom. Been coming here a long time. Old Asian lady who was working the cash today is incredibly rude. Didn't provide any help when having technical difficulty with car wash. Do Not recommend.
Even though I am a public transportation user I go to gas station to buy gift cards. I just bought over $150 in gift cards and one of the employees was being rude to me. I like making my transactions a specific way. She insisted I didn't do it this way to make her job easier while I was in a hurry. I did apologize to her for being rude for being a rush. Worst part she didn't accept my apology. I will keep this review on until she gets a written warning.
