I have a season pass and went to use the car wash last evening. Only a small amount of soap was poured on my car, and the brushes and water spray never ran. My car came out half-soapy and still dirty. When I asked the attendant for help, he rudely said the manager told them not to do anything and that I should call customer service for a refund. I came back home from the car wash and honestly, I’m very disappointed with the service I received. Even though I selected the Super Wash (the most expensive option), when I got my car back: • soap residue was still left on the rear body and windows, • the front and back windshields were still dirty, • and the job was clearly not done to the standard I paid for.
