This is the worst 0 star customer service i ever had experienced because of a lady jini or juni who works there, dont have sense how to talk to customer and how to deal with problem solving and never ever tried to help if you have any problem i try to avoid to go over there because of her only….. and avoid using petro car wash . I stopped at this gas station late at night (just after 11 PM) needing to urgently use the washroom. The attendant rudely told me the washroom was closed because of the time, despite me explaining it was an emergency. I politely requested access and even clarified that I wasn’t causing any trouble — just a person in need. Unfortunately, he still refused and spoke in a very disrespectful manner. 90% of the time the receipts don’t work at the machine. Car wash is terrible.
I have really disappointed from this particular car wash , don’t go over there , car has still uncleaned, i have used kwcs’ all petro canada wash but this was worst, mainly the vaccum is ineffective and useless, we can see from tiny bushes down there it wasnt even move.
