Very Disappointing Customer Service: I had a very disappointing experience at Petro-Canada when I visited for a car wash. I had an issue and tried to get help from customer care, but the way I was treated was unacceptable. The staff did not communicate properly or provide a satisfactory response to my concern. I visit this station regularly, and it is almost always the same story. None of the 8 pumps ever have receipt paper installed, so you are forced to go inside every single time just to get a receipt. On top of that, the windshield cleaning buckets are constantly empty or filled with dirty plain water without any detergent. It is impossible to clean your windshield here. Complete lack of basic maintenance and customer service on a daily basis.
