One of the worst car wash, don’t go. Super annoying staff I have ever seen. Not recommended.
I had an extremely worst experience at this Petro-Canada car wash. I used the drive-through car wash and when it finished, my car was still dirty with soap residue all over it . I went to speak with the employee, may be name Joseph, and instead of helping, he immediately started arguing with me and said he “can’t do anything.” After I insisted that the wash clearly did not work properly, he reluctantly gave me another ticket to rewash the car. Stopped here at night to withdraw cash after discovering that the nearby RBC ATMs were unavailable. I explained the situation and asked if I could briefly access the ATM inside. I was repeatedly told to “use the RBC bank” despite explaining that the RBC ATMs were not working. I understand store policies, but there was zero attempt to listen or show any flexibility, even for a quick ATM withdrawal. Policies are one thing—basic customer service and common sense are another
