The other day I went to the store, and I saw the guy, who is very rude and has a terrible attitude. He is probably the manager as he was shouting at the staff. He clearly doesn't know the meaning of respect—not towards customers, and definitely not towards his staff. The way they treat their employees is disgusting, borderline harassment. It's honestly unacceptable.

I came at night. Paid at the pump and didn’t got receipt. There was no one in the store who can give me receipt. Nobody attended the door!
Rolled up to get gas around 4:30 on a Friday, went inside and there was nobody working at the front counter. A&W employee shouted some inaudible gibberish to get the guys attention from the back but that did nothing. Stood there for a full 2 mins before another aw employee who spoke poor English finally emerged and was very rude and unhelpful. First time in my life where I’ve walked into a gas station with plans to buy gas and left with nothing!
I had a disappointing experience. Despite the extremely cold temperature of -30°C, I was not allowed inside. Furthermore, Dipansh Sharma struggled to operate the payment terminal, leaving me to wait outside in the freezing cold for 10 minutes. His behavior was impolite and showed a lack of consideration for customer comfort.
