I am gonna be honest , I have various experiences with such places and have only tackled rudeness and cold behavior but this particular station is what would definitely recommend. There was this employee with badge “Khushi” she behaves professionally and always welcome and see off in a gentle way and always aware me and my family about the offers going on. Always leave her work to attend us , kudos to her and management for the training, May the good employees be cherished
Car wash not working properly, top “beater “ dropped and dragged across my car, I went in and told employee, I was given a new car wash coupon and when I said I’d use later was told I had to use immediately and it was working fine now ( 2 minutes after I went through) Went back through, still top portion not working. Didn’t bother going in second time , just left
worst Gas Station Management ever. they never updated their app for a new closing time. showed up to a dead gas station that was told by the employee they were closed with no assistance and zero customer service. extremely disappointing as a customer. if you want to push people to utilize your app, you need to make sure the information is valid at all times. period.
Visited the store yesterday around 6PM. The cashier was very polite and attentive. Great customer service.
Very disrespectful I wasn't allowed in due to my mask I have a very week emune system and get sick very easy but I understand that part but one guy walked up to me and got really defensive because I was standing there waiting for a taxi I don't even think he worked there I wasn't the only one he picked on though he told some kid he called the police it might of been because he spit on me I was literally wearing $2000 worth of clothes I've never stolen a thing in my life I was very respectful never raised my voice or even sai... read more
