One Star - Misleading Information and Wasted Trip Today morning 7.01 am 15/06/25 i visited this car wash based on the information provided by the counter staff, who confirmed twice that they were open. However, upon arrival, the car wash curtain was not opening, indicating it was closed. It's frustrating to receive inaccurate information and waste time traveling to a car wash that isn't operational. Management should ensure staff are knowledgeable about opening times to avoid inconveniencing customers.
It is terrible place to do car wash. I went to do car wash today, I went to Niagara, so there were flies on front, and it didn't get clean after car wash, the guy told me to Canadian Tire to buy something to clean it, he said those are bird poo. I can't believe it. A client told me his car wash is terrible and never get clean, and suggest me to go to Esso to wash it again.NEVER GO HERE TO DO CAR WASH.... TERRIBLE
