What A&W, or any fast food restaurant does not serve decaf coffee? Not only was I not able to get a reasonably priced substitute for a coffee, but the store manager always has an attitude, and speaks condescendingly to most customers!! And Huffs and puffs at regulars with requests, as if asking a question about a product in store is putting her off on doing her job!!!
poor customer service today. The clerk is not the usual clerk. the regular clerk here is a jolly person, always smiling. but today the clerk seemed tired and pissed off at the customer ahead of me, paying coins. she seemed unhappy.

I just wanted to say i had a pleasent encounter with an employee Navneet is Super friendly with the most charismatic smile She greeted me with the most enthusiastic way while doing the chores around the gas pumps I entered to use the washrooms and they suprisingly smelled and looked clean and freshly washed I do appriciate a good environement and understand it can be un pleasant to clean but Navneet went above and beyond to make sure the place was clean and that i do appreciate 5 star review And 10/10 for that employee Will ... read more
I just bought a gas at this petro Canada gas station, 2607 Portage Avenue. The behaviour I saw in the Caucasian old lady that is working at the counter is very rude and racist to customers and even disrespectful to the East Indian staff working with her. I am very surprised at her attitude towards customers. Why she is still working there is big question petro Canada need to defend. But she is a disaster to that company.
