There is a staff member named Tajinder whose behaviour today was extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. She does not know how to speak to customers or handle even a normal interaction professionally. Without any argument, provocation, or reason from my side, she suddenly started raising her voice and behaving aggressively.
