I am writing to share feedback regarding my experience at your gas station this past Tuesday evening. As a first-time visitor to Canada, I was unfamiliar with the pre-pay process. Unfortunately, the Attendant( Asian woman with very long hairs) assisting me was using their phone throughout our interaction. I found this to be inattentive and unprofessional. I hope that, in the future, your team provides customers with their full attention to ensure a better service experience.
Customer support handled the situation properly.
The staff is not available during late nights even after buzzer they never show up , every time it’s the same issue, it’s ridiculous and specially during winters.
