Total weirdo working at 11pm tonight. Worst customer service I've ever had. The guy didn't speak a single word when I went in there to make a purchase.... very very strange experience. Also, it is illegal to refuse to cash my $10 scratch ticket win. I say refuse because he was literally mute when I asked. Going to be reporting this to OLG.
Just wanted to let you know that your employee at 1150 Guelph Line, Burlington, ON L7P 2S8 lied to me about gift card purchases. He said the max limit is $100 total for purchses of gift cards. October 4th 10PM. Would not sell me more than $100.
Terrible customer service system is down so they cannot sell you anything but don’t tell you till after you’ve done tour shopping and wasted your time why there’s no sign posted on the door or at least an acknowledgement when you walk into the store would be great to smile in someone’s face and say that we are down It’s not good. Customer service.
