Today I had a really terrible gas station experience. I was picking up a friend from the hospital. I was worried I didn't have enough gas for the highway, so I passed by an Esso station. I'm not sure if it was because of their great service or if gas prices were going up tomorrow, but I saw a huge line of cars waiting. Since I was in a hurry, I didn't bother queuing there and drove to the next intersection, where I saw a Petro station with not many cars. Please be considerate!!!! This driver took 30 minutes at the pay pump: specifically she paid and got gas and then spent literally 20 minutes inside after to deal with her lottery ticket. We asked her several times to move the car to the side as she was done paying at the pump and there was a long line up. She refused. PLEASE BE MINDFUL AND CONSIDERATE!!
This is nonsense. The gas station is not working! The other guy used it and it worked fine and when I moved forward to try and use it, it makes this sign. We were on the other gas pump just behind this and it also wasnt working. The lady at the counter alleged we pumped already when the damn pump wasnt even working! Edit: Just noticed other customers are complaining. Our cards were charged and we cant pump. And the staff just closed the door???? This is ridiculous
Customer service is horrible. They act like they’re doing you a favour. 👎
The washroom is outside. And the key that they give to open it doesn't work. NO WASHROOM ACCESS.
