I’ve read all the other reviews about that older man with the turban, and sadly, it happened to me too. His rude and aggressive behavior is exactly as others have described. What’s even more disappointing is that Petro-Canada hasn’t even apologized in the comments—just tells people to “contact support.” That shows they simply don’t care. rude old man!! Worst service ever. Older man was rude, hostile, and treated customers like garbage. Totally unacceptable. Stay far away from this Petro-Canada.

Zero customer service skills, no respect for customers, and a completely unprofessional attitude. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
This place is a complete disaster. An older guy working here was outrageously rude, disrespectful, and acted like customers were a damn nuisance. His attitude was toxic and aggressive—totally unacceptable for any business. Petro-Canada should be embarrassed to have someone like this representing them. Avoid this place like the plague.
