Very disappointing experience at this Petro-Canada location. My husband tried to fill gas and selected $40 on the pump using his card. The pump was then marked out of service, but the $40 was still withdrawn from his account. The cashier, Melvin, told us the money would be refunded, so my husband paid again at another pump and completed the transaction. However, the refund never came back. Double charged me ..! And refusing to refund saying manager is not here Come 9-4 like we dont have jobs to do arrogant behaviour specially melvin refusing to deal with the situation
