I always have a positive experience at this gas station. Leslie has the best customer service and the biggest heart. She always remembers little details about you.
I have been buying gas, propane and other products from this establishment for years. Can't say it was ever remarkable. I needed to fill my propane tank on the motorhome as I have done over and over for years. I had to go inside to draw attention that I needed propane. A grumpy fellow came out and took 2 minutes to accomplish the job. The value was 11.25. On the auto pump was sign I have never seen, saying minimum of 20.00. He would not come to sense on this and was rude and totally lacked a basic level of customer service. ... read more
Friendly and quick service made it easy to get gas here when I needed a fill-up on the way to Toronto!
I stopped in my way out of town at the Rockford location to get some gas. I only had 10.00 available. I gave the gas attendant my bank card for the purchase and he angrily said.." oh come on 10.00 on a card. Are you kidding me. ". Great customer service.. NOT
