I have got to say, the absolute worst customer experience I have ever had at a Petro Canada. Never, ever have I been treated with such disrespect as I was tonight and I don't typically leave reviews like this. The attendant was extremely rude and dismissed me, couldn't give me a straight answer when I questioned it then said my plate isn't visable? Pump 5, where i was has the best view from the camera for plates, as you can see in my picture. Then I got the "well there's a lot of bikers driving off without paying" ....sure I... read more
They only had the Supreme gas left and the tanker just pulled into the station. Rather than sell the Supreme at the price of regular, I was told to come back in roughly 20 minutes. Customers don't have that amount of time to wait to get gas. Definitely not impressed!
