Dentist Petrilla is polite and very professional.He made me top and bottom dentures.He told me people will have problems with lower dentures.I did not I put a few dots of denture adhesive and they stay in don’t get food under them I am so much more than happy with my dentures.I feel for sure that if he would hire a new person to take care of his appointments and phone calls his office would be the very best place to go.Everyone else that works there are exceptional. I recommend this Dentist.
1) the other review by Enzo isn’t about Dr. Petrilla but rather the staff of the Indiana Dental Office. His other reviews show a history of reviewing “the next closest place” to where he actually wants to review. It doesn’t reflect Dr. Petrilla. 2) Dr. Petrilla is a phenomenal doctor. He is extremely patient when dealing with me and my family members who can be a bit slow due to a language barrier. His worker is always great too. Everything was going ok until earlier this year! I was due for a dental cleaning earlier this Spring but got a call saying they had to cancel myappointment as the dental hygienist I was seeing is being replaced. When they are replaced, they'll reach back out to schedule another appointment. Well... six months has passed and I never heard back? So I don't know what's going on. Do I need to find another dental provider here because the wait time is starting to get a little ridiculous, Please and thank you
