Good customer servicing. Shop assistants very helpful. Assisted with finding the right products. Staff loaded potting mixes into car ( not light) very grateful for this assistance. Plenty of parking near store entrance. Good variety of products for grardening, handyman, timber etc. Like the convenience with store located in Orlando street. Would recommend this store if you are short of time, easy shopping, staff are very helpful. Good customer assistance and service provided is excellent.

Great staff knowledge and service. Usually I can get what I need or they look into if a special order can be made. Not owned by a big conglomerate and the Coffs Harbour store is "in town"
