Recently had my brand new truck rear ended with a huge amount of damage to where it was almost totaled. Matt and all of the crew at petrella bros handled everything quickly and delivered exceptional quality work. I was given constant updates and am thoroughly impressed with the outcome. The Petrella Bros Auto Body Shop team is an amazing customer service experience. They handled all the details after my car was hit by another vehicle. When the other driver's insurance company didn't want to replace all the damage, Petrella's fought for them to do the right thing and bring my car back to its original condition. They arranged for a rental car and ride for me and detailed my entire car for pick up. They made an unpleasant experience into a breeze.
I'm a college student got into my first accident at school. I'm not from the Cortland area so I was EXTREMELY skeptical about the auto body shops around here. I heard very good things about Petrella Bros Auto Body shop from the people in the area so I decided to check them out. Matt was so nice and genuine and made me feel comfortable leaving my car in his hands. When my car was ready to be picked up, it looked better than when I purchased my car. I would highly recommend them!!
They did an awesome job with the repair, and it was finished fast and on schedule. No hassle on my part, and, to top it off, they were very nice and personable!
