Inconsistent. Maybe if you found one particular person to see every time your results would be predictable but if you’re a walk-in your nails will be hit or miss. As for the staff, they are very nice and salon is clean just wish I could get similar results every time. ****Update**** So it’s about a year since I’ve gone to this salon.
