Came out to give us a quote, said it would be done in a few days, and then just ghosted us. We took off work to meet with Mark and try to get wheelchair ramps installed in a new house during a really stressful time. I’m sure he’s very busy but when he was late I called him and he had obviously forgotten the appointment and was then an hour late getting to us. Mark Petre and his team are great to work with and you can tell they truly love what they do. They made the process of making one of our bathrooms accessible for our daughter a very pleasant experience, which included a modified entryway, a vanity that my daughter can use with her wheelchair, and a roll in shower. I would highly recommend working with Mark on any accessibility construction project you may have.
