If you are thinking of having Petra Homes build your house, DONT DO IT!!! I cannot stress this enough. We purchased one of their beautiful "Looking" custom homes in 2004 only to begin experiencing problems 6 months later. When we finally figured out what was wrong with the house which took about 3 years, we were past the statute of limitations to sue the builder.
