Awful service. Drove 40-minutes out to Petra Auto after confirming yesterday that the car I wanted was on the lot and scheduling a test drive. When I got there, I spoke to a man, who promptly told me to sit tight as he was driving out to NAPA. 10-minutes later, Mike (the owner, I presume) pulled in and asked us what we were here for. When we told him, he informed me that I couldn’t purchase the car since they sold it at 6:00 p.m. the night before (mind you, I confirmed an appointment yesterday at noon) and walked away.
