My dog has been going to Petopia for 2 years and both she , and I , love it! The owner Frank Allen is a true dog lover and both he and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and are wonderful to my dog. She can't wait to jump out of the car and run to the door, wagging her tail and jumping up and down. Frank has also boarded her on several occasions for as long as 3 weeks and takes fantastic care of her in his home!! Love this place, they are like family! My dog has been a regular attendee at Petopia for 2 years, 3 full days a week. She is avoidant of other dogs and very hyper and Frank and his staff have been nothing but amazing with her. I'm very sad that he will be closing at the end of the month due to one freak incident (although very sad and unfortunate). I know for a fact my dog spends a lot of time outside to avoid the other dogs and she is an amazing escape artist and she has never escaped or been neglected.

Letting 8 dog's outside unsupervised in freezing weather for hours. They all escaped. Frank didn't notice nor care. This place should be shut down

Extremely negligent owner! DO NOT bring your dogs here! Dogs have been left out in the cold, allowed to escape (located on a highway on ramp....) all while the owner is doing God knows what...
