I have been going to this place f or two years and I truly loved them! But today was by far the worst experience I have ever encountered... As a medical professional, I have never even seen my patients at my office get treated so poorly. Took my 3 kittens for their second set of shots. Very quick and compassionate. Accidentally overlooked dewormer instructions but reassured. I was done within 30 minutes.
