We use Petmeds for the monthly heartworm treatment. It took a little bit and a few tries to get the vet lined up with PetMeds but now it runs smoothly when we need refills. Easy and efficient make one less thing on my list to complete.

First, I was given a v helpful discount for my first order. That alone was great. BUT then, I was completely blown away by the level of service that the pharmacist Albert gave me. There was an issue with my prescription and he made considerable efforts in making sure everything was taken care of as quickly as possible. Literally teared up after our interaction. Just awful. You wait forever until someone answers the phone. No one answers the door in Delray Beach to pick up the prescription.
