Our vet sent in a prescription for heartworm over a month ago. Pet Meds immediately charged our credit card but never delivered the med. Tried to call but your on the phone for hours and no one answers. You email them and no one replies. Their recorded message says they are experiencing unusually high call volume. The worst communication ever. I am on hold to talk to a real person and have now been on hold for 57 min. Still hoping to talk to someone about my account.
Horrible customer service. Have called twice and sat on hold for over 22 minutes until I gave up. They did not reach out when my refill was due to be authorized. The order will just not ship and wait for you to notice. Then, they make the vet call them. They dont want to send an authorization to the vet.
