Worst customer service on the planet! Saw their ads online with promo code but showed as expired. So I reached out to customer service and they just dumped the sentence “First time customers only”, which was not shown in the ads. I even sent them the screenshot and they just cut off my conversation twice. And this is not their first time doing that to me. Placed order online for my buddy Blaze a 3-year-old Golden Retriever on Sunday so they need my veterinary approval I called veterinary to let them know then called Pet Meds they were so helpful and gave me great advise love the support thank you.
A young man named Don was incredibly patient and helpful when I called to place my order after finding the website too difficult to navigate for someone 85 years old. He's a keeper. Couldn't have been more helpful.
