No one answers the chats for 18 hours. No one returns calls when it says the wait time is less than 10 minutes leave your number to be called back. When I placed the order for the medication it said it would arrive in 4 days. The next day, it changed to 7 days, then 10 days. I'm leaving this review on day 8. Don't order from PetMeds if your pet needs to get the medication in a timely manner. My order from *8* days ago still says "preparing.."
Worst customer service on the planet! Saw their ads online with promo code but showed as expired. So I reached out to customer service and they just dumped the sentence “First time customers only”, which was not shown in the ads. I even sent them the screenshot and they just cut off my conversation twice. And this is not their first time doing that to me. Placed order online for my buddy Blaze a 3-year-old Golden Retriever on Sunday so they need my veterinary approval I called veterinary to let them know then called Pet Meds they were so helpful and gave me great advise love the support thank you.
