First, I was given a v helpful discount for my first order. That alone was great. BUT then, I was completely blown away by the level of service that the pharmacist Albert gave me. Just awful. You wait forever until someone answers the phone. No one answers the door in Delray Beach to pick up the prescription.
Asked for my prescription to be transferred and of course they did not do it.
No one answers the chats for 18 hours. No one returns calls when it says the wait time is less than 10 minutes leave your number to be called back. When I placed the order for the medication it said it would arrive in 4 days. The next day, it changed to 7 days, then 10 days. I'm leaving this review on day 8. I have canceled our autoship and we will be using a reliable company. The shipping timing isn't the problem, the refusal to answer chats and phone calls is the problem.
