I’ve had great experiences at PetMedic Navy Yard. My dog has gone in multiple times now for some rare and not obvious urinary issues. Each time, scheduling has been easy, and the staff has been exceptionally kind and courteous. The doctor has been patient, comprehensive, and open to questions. Would recommend!

Took my dog there for last minute shot updates when my regular vet was overbooked and loved it. The entire staff was so friendly and took great care of my dog who is terrified of the vets office. It was also extremely easy to schedule online for same day services so I will be using them again for any emergencies

The staff at the clinic are exceptional! They went above and beyond to make sure my cat felt comfortable and got the care he needed. I was very impressed.

We ended up at PetMedic’s Navy Yard location on a Sunday evening after a terrible experience at another local emergency vet—and I’m so grateful we did. I was able to schedule a same-day appointment online and complete the intake forms easily on my phone. When we arrived, we were seen immediately. On a Sunday. That alone is a game changer.
