I've taken my cat Phoenix here to get groomed a few times and they do a GREAT job!!! The only thing I wasn't happy about was that we now live an hour away from Pet Med & the last time Phoenix came to get groomed my fiance forgot to tip. I called to give one over the phone & they told me they couldn't do that :(
Three times I've brought in sick cats. Three times cats died. The second time, they told me at least I wasn't as bad off as this other patient... and told me a story about myself and my first cat. Yesterday, they told me my cat had a sprained leg. This morning he died at the ER of kidney failure. Thanks for making all other clinics look so much better.
The only place I've taken my dogs to for 15 years! Love everyone there!
We have transferred all four of our dogs to PetMed from another vet. The folks at PetMed have made the transition as smooth as possible, as we were very nervous about it. The hours are very convenient for us, and with their walk-in hours available, we usually don't have to commit to an appointment. We really appreciate the sincerity of the doctors when it comes to our dog's health!
They take excellent medical care of my doggies, but this was our first time boarding. My Blue Tick didn't want to leave her play buddy to come back home! Definitely an A+!
