I went to Petland, Chillicothe to purchase some fish for my tank. Keanan was wonderful! She answered every question I had and pointed me in the direction I needed to go. From what fish would do well together and which ones couldn't be in same tank. She was patient and extremely knowledgeable! When I checked out **** checked me out. EXTREMELY FRIENDLY! In the past, the staff has not been friendly at all. The current staff, even those I didn't interact with, were all friendly!
***** does an amazing job with the fish tanks at Petland! This is the best aquatics selection u have ever seen in a local pet store. Everything is clean and all of the fish look healthy!

The dogs cages aint that clean I seen a lot of p*** and pee with a lot of staff just standing around talking I seen one girl working very hard trying to clean but the ones on the floor actually working not doing a thing except in a huddle talking bout other things, they want to hurry when you are talking bout and signing up for the dog but not after they get the money I told them I was in a hurry my friend was the one getting the dog and it just became a slower and slower process I was told 2-5 mins than 5-10 than just whene... read more
This the second time in a petland the same thing happened both times. You look at puppy ask how much they give you a price. then they go away leave you to think about it. So we were going to get the puppy and they come back and say the dog is twice as much as the price they gave us said they made a mistake. Theyre a puppy mill. No ethically bred dogs will be sold in stores and have financing options. December 15th *** is banning retail stores from selling pets dogs and rabbits. Cant wait to see this place shut down
