Friendly & Caring The dogs here are friendly and caring. The kids love it here and the customer service is very helpful. Thank you all for all the help you have given us.
Amazing Employees I love this place! I go here all the time. I work next door and I always come over here to look and play with the animals. The employees are amazing. I always love talking to them.
Cute Dogs! The employees there were awesome. They let us play with a dog. The dog was super cute. Had a great time there.
Two Thumbs Down! I hated this place. I hated seeing the way they kept their animals. I could tell some of the puppies were sick. They let the little kids handle them too much and too roughly for no reason because half the time they just toss them around and then hand them back and don't buy them. The store was messy, we couldn't find someone that would help us for more than five seconds, and everything was over-priced.
Best service and staff Kristina was so helpful and so nice. She really has a knack for animals! I'm coming back just because of her and the great service I get here.
Great atmosphere From the time I enter, I can sense a great atmosphere and the employees were all friendly and treated me kindly. Plus the animals all looked happy and very cute.

The Best Pet Store This is one of the best pet stores I have ever been to, it's great, I wish Wisconsin had one this great.
