Two Thumbs Down! I hated this place. I hated seeing the way they kept their animals. I could tell some of the puppies were sick. They let the little kids handle them too much and too roughly for no reason because half the time they just toss them around and then hand them back and don't buy them. The store was messy, we couldn't find someone that would help us for more than five seconds, and everything was over-priced.
Best service and staff Kristina was so helpful and so nice. She really has a knack for animals! I'm coming back just because of her and the great service I get here.
The Best!! This place is the best! They have the best pets and take care of them all! They have everything you could possibly want to take of your pets. Quality products and quality people.
Left With A New Friend David was very informative, friendly and knowledgeable about caring for our new puppy. He was an excellent salesperson. I came in to buy biscuits and left with a new friend. Thank you! I couldn't be any happier. :)
Helpful!! She was very helpful today w/ finding out prices and educating us more about my turtle. It's comforting that I am not the only turtle lover. She understood me.
Really Fun It was really fun playing with all of the puppies there. I really appreciated all of my questions being answered, and all of the information the employees gave me. It was a really neat experience.

New Favorite Pet Store! Jeffery is very knowledgeable about every dog. I thought he was extra nice to the animals. He is a great asset to this store. This was my first time here because I usually go to Petsmart, but this is my new favorite pet store! Everyone should come by, see this place and try it out.
Cordial and Caring All the pets here are so well behaved. The attendants as cordial and caring, not only to the pets but to the customers as well. Everyone here is very helpful and it makes your shopping experience so much better.
