Horrible Management. Worst Experience I had in A Business. First off, I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. I had a HORRIBLE experience with the manager, JEFFERY. Not only once. but THREE times I have had an issue with him. He knows nothing of good customer service, and I am surprised that a person like him is in the management position. He is better off cleaning up after the pets rather then dealing directly with customers. The place to be! I love how attentive the employees are to the customers as well at the pets. Oh my gosh- Ruby my Boxer is my faithful baby forever! She brings me so much love and energy- it is amazing. She is always with me where ever I go!
Cutest Animals We appreciated being able to play with the animals and the associate was very helpful with answering all the questions we had. Everyone was very nice here at Petland.
They are great people I often go and purchase dog food here. I have 3 dogs already and feed them this great brand Taste Of The Wild. The sales girls are often sweet and I usually know who to speak to. Thankfully. Although i'm not usually a pet store fan I know this place is clean and they treat the animals very well.
We'll be back! Today me and my cousin held 2 chihuahuas. They are so adorable. Jeffrey was nice, he ask us if we have any questions, but we were so focus playing with the dogs. After all, Petland is a friendly atmosphere with nice customer service.
Very knowledgeable Tim is such a great and cool guy. Tim is very helpful and loves animals just like me. He has such a great personality and great knowledge about all pets especially reptiles.
Easy Decision I came to Petland to find my son a pet for his birthday, but I didn't know exactly what I wanted. Thankfully the employees there were very knowledgeable about everything, and were able to help me find the perfect animal for him. It made my decision very easy. Thanks.
