Great Facial – I received a great facial at Petite Spa. I only found it to be relaxing and enjoyable. The last facial I had done at another place was 2 months ago back in late March and it was good but the one i received by Apolonia was much better, more relaxing and I found her to be a lot more professional as well as friendly doing the facial. I finally found MY spa! – I just had the most painless bikini wax of my life. I found Apolonia to be not only meticulous and highly skilled, but she also has the nicest personality - very calm and also cheerful - something you want in your esthetician, right? LOVE IT!!! – The receptionist were awsome. i had my eyebrows done by Lisa and she did a FANTASTIC job, like always. Stop by and check it out.
Great Facial – I love this place ! I've had many facials and I like the fact that they customize the facial to your skin's needs. The treatment was affordable, and is a full hour with lots of massage. Must visit this pleasent little spa and try the organic facial.
Eyelash Extensions – I thought I would try this place do to the good reviews and location. Believe me I was not disapointed one bit "Lisa" did an amazing job. At first view of my new lashes I was a little shocked by the length. But Lisa reassured me in a day or two I would get used to the length. She said if I don't love them in two days she would apply shorter ones. I went out the night of and got a ton of complements and I love my lashes....
Consumer Beware! Horrible customer service experience... – This spa has one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in my life. We all have busy schedules in LA, and this spa cannot seem to keep its schedule organized. I have received 3 calls in one day from the spa on the day of my appointment before. Worst wax on the Westside! – I have been to Petite Spa twice for a bikini wax. The first time was because of the reviews on this page. Leanne was my waxer and she was great. Didn't hurt too much considering what she was waxing and nice straight lines. The only downside was the price. By the time I added my tip it was $54 which I think is a bit steep for a bikini wax. Great place! – I decided to check out Petite Spa since they had good reviews. I was not disappointed! They have a nice ambience and it is really clean (very important to me). My massage was terrific and I left feeling relaxed and de-stressed. I'm going back to try some of their other services.
