Horrific customer service. I have been a customer for 8 years and have spent $200-$500 each month on services. I had an appointment scheduled for Monday, late morning, for a bikini wax. My cycle started at 8:30 a.m. that morning. I telephoned and left a message immediately. I did not want to gross the esthetician out. I did not receive a call back until after my appointment had been scheduled and was charged for a no show. EXCELLENT spa!! – Such a FANTASTIC place--it gave me just the recharge I needed and everything is absolutely pleasant and amazing. There's always so many different things you can have done here. It's definitely a place to be pampered at.
Best Facial & Brazilian Wax~ – There's so many choices in where to go for a wax or facial. But when I came across Petite Spa four years ago I was hooked and didn't dare try somewhere else, because I feel I have found the best. Super! – This is a cute little spa that provides great service. When it comes to facials, Lisa is the best! All employees are friendly and low-key - no attitude like other places. The only con is a serious lack of parking nearby, but that's Santa Monica in general.
Fast & Easy Wax – If you have to wax, this is the place in Santa Monica. Same day usually gets you in. No waiting once you're there. Wax jobs have been very good and all the aestheticians are great - gentle, friendly and make you feel comfortable.
Wonderful Facial with Great Results! – I have had lots of facials and lash tints in the past, but this was my first at Petite Spa. Juliana was my spectacular Esthetician. It was a great experience all around...easy to schedule, on-time service, and easy/free street parking right around the corner. Small treasure in Santa Monica! – What makes this place so special is the environment. As soon as you walk in you are surrounded by soothing lavender painted walls and the harmonizing scent of aroma therapy. The staff is ever so friendly, but not fake. I come here on my lunch break and it feels like a mini retreat. I recommend the organic facial with Lisa, and an eyebrow shaping!
