This was, hands down, the worst pedicure I've ever had. It took 2 1/2 hours and looked like nothing was done except slapping some polish on. Lots of down time with her drifting to the back and having to be called out. $39 and had to go and have it fixed for an additional $35. Save yourself the frustration!
Kim is always accommodating and gives each customer the personal attention needed. It is always important to be clear on what service you want and communicate it clearly and effectively so there are no misunderstandings. She takes her time to ensure your expectations are met throughout your service appointment. With Kim, you aren’t just a number or customer to process impersonally or too fast. Be prepared to allot deliberate time for your appointment and ask her how much time you need to set aside for your service request.
Editing to add that I love Ms. Kim’s new location! It’s even cozier and more relaxing than the previous one. She did a fabulous job as always, and my nails look so fun and fresh. Original review: I got a powder dip manicure from Kim—she did a beautiful job. She was very thorough and meticulous to ensure my manicure would last. Plus, she’s extremely kind and gentle—the nicest nail tech I’ve had! Highly, highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back.
Editing to add that I’m still getting dip manicures from Kim a year since first seeing her. She’s as kind and attentive as ever. My most recent manicure lasted six weeks. I have been going to Kim for a couple of years now What I really love about her and her husband is that they are both very thorough Very patient with their clients and really take their time to do their work properly So give it a try I’ve been to other salons but I think there the best in my book
