I had a bad experience this morning at the Maman nearWTC.We only ordered a pastry. We waited for 10 mins and it was still not ready. We asked the guy if our pastry was ready, and he said yes and he opened the heater and took it out, acting like he did nothing wrong. We were shocked by his not-my-fault attitude and he could see we were shocked. He asked us if he did anything wrong. I asked him if the pastry was already ready before we asked. He said yes.
