William is Very informative, polite and inviting. He commands a friendly atmosphere and relationship. His character and pleasentries needs to be replicated throughout as his knowledge of food and beverages are top notch.
Cute little cafe in the Falchi Building. Went in for a quick breakfast and flat white. Great service with a smile and awesome food. Will be back.
Small shop but such friendly, welcoming energy!
