Maman in Long Island City is a really nice spot with beautiful decor and a cozy atmosphere. The baked goods are fresh and taste amazing you can tell everything is made with care. I had the matcha and it was excellent, perfectly balanced and not too sweet. A great place to relax, grab a pastry, and enjoy a good drink.
Drove 30 minutes just to get a latte made by the one and only William the trip was so worth it. I wished I lived closer to maman.
Everyday I drop by once in the morning and after work before my long drive home. The manager William is the best and greets everyone with open arms. Maman is a great coffee shop boutique, however this one is by far the best location I’ve been to.
I interact with William mostly and he is most friendly and helpful. He handles everyone who enters the store with the utmost respect and does not get flustered with the many customers he serves
