Petit Tresor Luxe is the only international baby brand that carries every conceivable baby item you could need. Trusted and it helps that they are a celebrity go to located in Beverly Hills. Only place for kids or babies and everything I could possibly need!!
Highly recommend! They know the Bugaboo stroller like the back of their hand! Walked in unsure about a noise and the awesome lady at the front was able to identify and literally fix the issue within 5 minutes although she was in the middle of other things! Customer service was amazing! Thank you!!!
Went into Petit Tresor today and walked out with a wealth of information about strollers! Jamie was extremely helpful, very generous with her time and knowledge and wasn't trying to sell us something. It was such a refreshing experience of someone who really cared. I'd definitely recommend going here, especially for first time parents!! Thank you!
DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I placed an online order, and it took a week for me to hear from anyone. I then received an unprofessionally worded email saying one item was not in stock, for which I asked for a refund. A week later I reached out as I still hadn’t received any notifications regarding the rest of my order, and was informed another item was out of stock.
