Scott was very knowledgeable and patient while I asked him many questions- I learned a lot from him. We bought this house less than a year ago and we were worried about the outcome of the inspection. Thank you for putting my mind at ease. Scott was on-time and called before he arrived which was helpful. Scott was very professional and courteous. He thoroughly explained what chemicals he would be placing where. He also assured me if I had and bug issues that might pop up with Spring on its way, to call and he would come back out and specifically treat

I appreciated the call from Kevin while at the site to gather more information on the location of the wasps. We have not seen the wasps since his visit, so I am hoping that is a good sign. Thank you for the prompt service!

Livid. I have been sitting in my driveway waiting for over an hour and a half. I would’ve cancelled and said to heck with it, but we close on our house tomorrow and it was part of the deal and has to be done today. 😡 I would not recommend them to anyone!!

You people took advantage of my dear friend who is on a very limited income. Did not initially bate for rodents adequately, did not even look through her home for “signs” and now mice are everywhere. Charged her $200 for basically nothing, did not check up and when she finally gathered the courage to call she was out of time. Hope you are proud of yourselves.

Your Review: (5 Stars)Scott was prompt and very courteous. We discussed what our problem was with the Carpenter ants and where they were located. He explained to us what the treatment would be and then proceeded with treating them. When done he went over our warranty and wished us a good day! Very satisfied with our service and will recommend to our family and friends.
