From the Ladies working the phones, Pete himself through the carpet Installers, the folks are cordial, prompt and professional. The job quotes are extremely competitive and presented in a simple, easy to understand format with absolutely no hidden costs. I will be using Pete’s Carpet Service again in the future. Thank You!
Pete and Ana are fantastic to work with. We visited the showroom and narrowed down our assortment. Then they had samples delivered within a few days so we could decide how they looked in the house. Pete came out with boards also to look at. There is no pressure to purchase or upsell. He wanted to fill our needs and did. Pete’s Carpet installed new carpet in our entire basement, as well as in our master bedroom. Wowie, it turned out perfect!! Thick padding, super soft carpet and they cut around so many tight corners perfectly. Also great service! Brought out many samples until we found the perfect colors. I will definitely use Pete’s Carpet again for my upstairs unit. Thanks again!
