Yes it’s true. It’s a scam . I too fell victim to this scam. I found a nice skylark for sale. Negotiated a fair price with David, wired money and am still waiting for car to be delivered. All telephone lines are out of service and emails , websites have been taken down.initially thought website and estalishment was legit. Sadly I was wrong.
