Went there because Auto Zone told me I needed a spark plug replaced. I called and called with no answer. I decided to go there and told him what I was told. He said leave the damn car and I will get to it. I asked if I could call back later to see if it was done and he went spastic. He started cussing me out and going in and out of his office. I took my car to Pete in May to have an O2 sensor replaced and he did it on the spot for significantly cheaper than anyone else had offered to. I vowed I would be a return customer from that day on ..... however the very next time I had an issue I received the worst treatment I had ever encountered with any mechanic.
